Welcome to my Pi Day Celebration!
Updated version with pictures. I made a double recipe, going to freeze one for next week when we have company. This really isn’t my favorite but one I was hungry for. Actually my favorite is chocolate pie. Be sure to share your favorite pie or leave a comment.
Lemonade Pie
1 baked 10″ pie crust (This time I used bought shortbread cookie crust. We like the taste of the cookie crust with this pie instead of my usual pie crust.)
1 pkg whipped topping
1 small can frozen lemonade
1 can sweetened condensed milk.
Combine lemonade and milk in a bowl. Mix well.
Fold in whipped topping.
Refrigerate until well set.

Today is the last posting. It was all because today is Pi Day (3/14). Yep the pies were pretty popular at church Sunday. We just brought home an empty plate.

I love pumpkin pie, heavy on the spices. I don’t have a recipe for one though. 😦

My mom makes a good pumpkin cheesecake. Oh, if you want a pumpkin pie recipe I have several.
