I reserve Sundays for a devotional or similar post. Today I am doing days 4 & 5 of Inktober. So far I am staying on track with a drawing a day. I used digital ink for both drawings.
Day 4 Cactus
The theme for Day 4 is Cactus. I have chosen something that is familiar for Texas – prickly pear cactus. They will take over an entire pasture if allowed. It is like they are some sort of little creepy crawly monster that will expand to fill any space.
Day 5 Cozy
Day 5 Cozy
I didn’t like today’s theme of smack. So I decided to use a prompt from an alternate list. I chose cozy. My drawing is inspired by a log cabin. Guess I read too much Little House on the Prairie growing up.
Growing up one of my favorite places to visit was the Log Cabin Village in Ft. Worth. It is a cool living history museum. At the time Ft. Worth had free admission for school children to most of the museums. That has since change.
