Dolce Vita Bakery (Gainesville, Fl) is a locally owned bakery that serves breakfast and lunch. Everything is made fresh in-house. My personal favorites are the croissants, the pistachio muffins and cronuts. On Saturdays they also have cinnamon sugar cronuts. A cronut is a doughnut made from croissant dough, fried and rolled in cinnamon sugar. I think we have liked everything we have tried.
Rating: Excellent. Great food and service.
Food: Awesome. excellent tasting food. Dolce Vita started out as a booth at the downtown Farmer’s Market.
Selection: Outstanding. Great selection of variety regular items as well as new items.
Service: Awesome. The staff is always friendly and eager to help.
Atmosphere: Cute. Has a relaxed feel of a neighborhood place.
Allergy Rating: Excellent. If you have allergies ask about items before ordering. Staff is very helpful.
Overall: Outstanding. One of my favorite Gainesville originals.
