Punctuation Please

Saw this sign recently. It is an excellent example of why the apostrophe is the most underappreciated punctuation mark in the English language.  Unlike commas and semi-colons that are over-rated the apostrophe is often overlooked.  Omitting one tiny little apostrophe drastically changed the meaning of the sign.
