My interpretation of blade is grass. Although, it has been several months since I have actually seen green grass because we have had a very hot and dry summer this year.

  1. Dee, I appreciate your positive outlook–your drawings and your writing always shows hope. Yu did not draw brown and dead blades of grass–you painted these blades as you know they will eventually sprout green again. Thanks for giving me optimism again!
