So by now I should have completed 20 drawings for Inktober. In an effort to sort of catch up I am including multiple drawings in one post. In case you are wondering what dragons and ornaments have in common, absolutely nothing. They were just the drawings I had completed.

Dragon

This may be my first time to ever draw a dragon. They aren’t really my thing. I’ve drawn a lot of horses and dogs and even an occasional bird. It was actually kind of fun. I used blended markers and fine point markers for this guy.

Ornament

This a very simple pen and ink drawing of a Christmas ornament hanging from a tree limb.  In just a month it will be time to put up Christmas decorations.

  1. Your cute dragon brings a smile to my face every time I look at it. I like your ornament drawing, too. I thought I had posted this note in October, but apparently it didn’t go through. Your talents and your willingness to try new things amaze me.
