Had a request for my mango lemonade recipe.
Ingredients:
- 2 cups water
- 1 1/4 cups of sugar (add more sugar if you like it sweeter.)
- juice from 3-4 lemons
- 1 mango – pureed
- Lemon Slices
- Mint leaves — optional
- Water
- Bring 2 cups water and sugar to a boil. Boil until sugar dissolves. Pour into a 1 gallon container to cool.
- Puree mango and set aside.
- To make juicing easier microwave lemons for about 10-15 seconds and then roll on counter. Juice lemons. Combine lemon and mango puree.
- Add fruit to sugar mixture. Fill pitcher with enough water to make 1 gallon.
- Before serving decorate with lemon slices and mint leaves.
