Michael Palomino was confronted with a very difficult decision after being made aware of a YouTube video of his son and other teens beating another teen. Palomino became aware of the video after family members notified him of it. Palomino, a law enforcement officer, decided to turn in his son Raymond.
Palomino believes that he made the right decision however he questions the way his son is being treated. Raymond is seventeen and being charged as an adult. The other attackers are under 17 and have been charged as juveniles.
What would you have done in Palomino’s situation?

Yes it is but as a law enforcement officer once he knew about it he really had no choice.
