The biggest attitude adjuster/booster I have found is devoting quality time to prayer and Bible study. This helps me to keep my priorities straight and centered. I become more God and other focused rather than self-absorbed. Consistency is a constant struggle for me. I always plan to make time for Bible study but somehow get distracted. This month I discovered the YouVersion Bible App. It has several translations but not all are downloadable. I like being able to add my own notes and the reading plans. Currently, I’m using the Lifetime Daily Devotions written by Anabel Gillham.
