Three things I’m working on for 2011 is my attitude, blogging more, and loosing weight.

This month I discovered apps to help me with my attitude and weight loss. Both apps are free.
The biggest attitude adjuster/booster I have found is devoting quality time to prayer and Bible study. This helps me to keep my priorities straight and centered. I become more God and other focused rather than self-absorbed. Consistency is a constant struggle for me. I always plan to make time for Bible study but somehow get distracted. This month I discovered the YouVersion Bible App. It has several translations but not all are downloadable. I like being able to add my own notes and the reading plans. Currently, I’m using the Lifetime Daily Devotions written by Anabel Gillham.
I’ve been struggling with weight loss for a long time. Lose It! is helping me change attitudes and habits. I have had any huge weight loss but I’m changing habits. The daily keeps me accountable. While the calorie counts may not be exact it does help me think about what I’m eating and how activity I’ve been.
