gavel.jpgThat’s right Mickey Mouse and Donald Duck are among the Disney and Warner Brothers Cartoon Characters summoned to appear in an Italian court. It seems that due to a clerical error the cartoon characters were summoned to appear as witnesses.   In my opinion that could make for an interesting trial if Mickey or Donald were to actually appear.  Mickey and Minnie would probably do okay as witnesses but Donald, well has a reputation for having a temper.  Poor Donald would probably end up being cited for contempt of court.
