Lasting change requires intentionality to cultivate positive thoughts and influences, leading to authentic actions. Past struggles don’t define one’s future; by eliminating negativity and embracing God's Word, individuals can reflect a renewed spirit and inspire others.

Change

Change is inevitable. No matter how much I want things to stay the same change happens. Sometimes it is good and other times not so much. Some change is planned for anticipated. Other times change is unexpected or is forced upon me. That is when I really struggle.
