Not sure where I found this prompt. I have looked at several list searching for inspiration for Inktober.
Today’s drawing is inspired by one of the doors at Church of the Heavenly Rest in Abilene, Texas.
I used water color pens to create this drawing. Each year that I participate in Inktober I try to use one new tool or medium. Watercolor is one of my preferred mediums. So far I am enjoying the watercolor pens especially how easy they are to use and clean up.
Church of the Heavenly Rest, Episcopal church is an impressive landmark on Abilene’s south side. I have always found the steeples and spires fascinating especially at night.
